Since the angles are vertical (I assume), then 13x+5=7x+29.  Solve this by subtracting 7x from both sides:

6x+5=29

6x=24

x=4

Substituting x=4 into each angle you get

13(4)+5 = 57

and

7(4)+29 = 57
