High School Teacher
Affirmative Action means "the encouragement of increased representation of women and minority-group members" as per dictionary.com. Depending on what the definition of "specialized" means (i.e. special education, pre-college high schools, charter schools) then you could take any one of the adjectives used to describe your argument and place that as the title. You might also want to consider how much of shock-effect you want. Essays should be formal in nature and not dramatic. You want a title that is short and to the point but also describes a little bit of what you will be defending. Some ideas might be: "The Conflict with Affirmative Action and Specialized High Schools in NYC," or "Understanding the Bias Nature of Affirmative Action in Specialized High Schools in NYC," or "The Controversy Behind Affirmative Action in Specialized High Schools in NYC."
