What values for theta (`0lt=thetalt=2pi` ) satisfy the equation

`2sqrt(2sintheta)+2=0`

a) 5pi/4 , 7pi/4

b) pi/4, 7pi/4

c) 3pi/4 ,5pi/4

D) pi/4, pi/4

First, simplify the function:

`f(x)=2sqrt(2sintheta)+2=0`

`sqrt(2sintheta)=-1`

`2sintheta=1`

`sintheta=1/2:`

`sin(pi/6)=1/2`

`sin((5pi)/6)=1/2`

Therefore, none of the possible solutions is the correct one.

 

And so on and so forth.  Therefore, none of the possible solutions is the correct answer.
