I will assume that the base of the tissue is a square with the length of the side is 8.5 and the height is 7.7

First we will find the volume:

==> V = L X W X H = 8.5 X 8.3 X 7.7 =  556.325 cubic inch.

Surface area:

SA = 2* area of the base + 4*area of the side.

==> area of the base = 8.5 X 8.5 = 72.25 square inch.

==> area of each side = 8.5 X 7.7 = 65.45 square inch.

==> SA = 2*72.25 + 4*65.45 =406.3 square inch.
