The prefix intra- means "within" and the the prefix inter- means "between". Of course, the word "personal" added to one of these prefixes would suggest a type of relationship; so, an intrapersonal career would be something where you deal with people within a more private setting like a Psychologist, a member of clergy, a therapist, or a counselor.  Interpersonal careers deal with the cooperation between people for the completion of certain, more public goals, such as school principals, nurses, travel agents, managers, and human resources. Intrapersonal usually refers to dependency on one, whereas, interpersonal depends on cooperation between many.
