what are some interesting words in the giver?  chapter 9,10,11, and 12 please.  i was interested.

That is an "interesting" question. If that is a question from your teacher for an assignment, s/he is probably wondering what you (yourself) think about the different words used to describe how the people in this alternative world explain their society.  Your teacher might be asking you to look up those words in order for you to understand them better, or s/he might be wondering what you are wondering about so it can be made clearer in class.  So, read through those chapters and write down a few words that are used in a different way than we use them, such as undergarments, stirrings, and even The Giver as a title for the very important job that also bears the name of the title of the book.  These words invoke interest for the reader to keep reading to find out what they mean and also add to the mystery of the world that Lowry creates.
