Actually, one of the healthiest types of cheese you can eat is Swiss cheese. It tastes delicious, but also delivers a healthy dose of calcium and the vitamin B12. Cheddar is slightly less healthy, because it has more calories than Swiss cheese.
I think the best cheeses are natural and not processed. However, in doing research I found an excellent suggestion from livestrong. They said to choose cheeses with strong flavors so you can use less of the cheese. Sounds simple but good.
