`root(3)(686) +root(3)(250) -root(3)(54)`

Pull out all the perfect cubed roots from under the radical. Remove the 7 because it is a perfect cube.

`7 * root(3)(2) + root(3)(250) - root(3)(54)`

Remove the 5 because it is a perfect cube.

`7root(3)(2) + 5 root(3)(2) -root(3)(54)`

Finally, remove the 3 because it is a perfect cube.

`7root(3)(2) +5root(3)(2)-3root(3)(2)`

Combine like terms.

`12root(3)(2) -3root(3)(2)`

Subtract.

`9root(3)(2)`

 The solution is  `9root(3)(2)`
