What is the significance and/or relevance of educating students and/or people with or without special needs within a cultural and linguistic diversity school, community, and environment?

It is important for schools to acknowledge not only the special needs of their students but also the cultural and linguistic ones. Students can sometimes be English learners or immigrants and not fully understand what is going on at school. It can be confusing and frustrating for these students. Therefore schools must acknowledge the differences students have and make them feel comfortable.
One way to do this is to have materials for parents available in different languages. Translation software can even be used for obscure languages. This helps parents feel reached out to, and reduces the strain on children to act as interpreters.
