What are the short and long terms affects of smoking marijuana?

Marijuana use, in the short term, leads the user to lose coordination, slows reaction time, interferes with a person's judgement, a diminished sense of fear and a sense of euphoria. It also acts as an appetite stimulant (Which is one reason why it is sometimes prescribed to cancer patients, suffering weight loss from chemotherapy) and often leaves the user lethargic and sleepy.
Over long term use, THC builds up in a person's tissues and fat cells, and a person may experience short term memory loss, and believe it or not, the ability to learn new material and skills.
