What are the most likely methods or models of recruitment that Al-Qaida would use in a US prison?

The most likely methods that Al-Qaeda or a similar organization would use would be to emphasize the idea that the people they are recruiting had been passed over by American society.  Since Al-Qaeda would be trying to recruit people willing to fight against America and its interests, they would need to convince people that America deserves to be fought against.  If this is to work, it would work because people in prison (especially people of color) might feel that the US system works only for others and not for them.  If recruiters could play on that resentment, they might be able to get some recruits.
