the video about the camp was not in book... the endings were WAY different...

the disfference can be seen most in the last chapter of the novel ,that is,the chapter bruno was marched with shmuel and the last scene is obvious for mather gretel and the Father in the film but in the book father mother and gretel is out of info of the incident exactly how had happened and they learnt at least 3 months later the incident exactly how had occured by the father's seeing the difference of the fence where bruno's clothes found than usual

there are a lot of differences in the movie and the book. in the book his parents remain unaware of what has happened. but in the movie his parents come to know bout his death immediately after it happens! hope this helps u!
