You should make sure that you get enough calcium and other nutrients, and enough sleep. However doing this will not make you grow taller than your genes have dictated; human height is determined by heredity. If you keep yourself healthy you will grow as tall as your genes dictate, but no taller.
It's possible to stunt your growth through poor diet, but it's not really possible to increase it without medical intervention. If your are destined to be far shorter than normal, a doctor can give shots of human growth hormone to make you grow taller, but that is only done out of medical necessity, not just because one has inherited the tendency to be small.
The technical term for growing taller is "linear growth". From birth through young adulthood, many people want to maximize "linear growth" and think that taking specific nutrient supplements is the trick. calcium helps in nourishing your bones which makes it harder and longer but you also need to eat a meal rich in different vitamins and minerals to help your body absorb more calcium.
sleeping also helps in making you taller because there is a certain hormone in the body called growth hormone (GH) which is found in the pituitary gland that is only secreted when we sleep.

if you eat yougurt or anything with a lot of calcium that helps. it also helps to stretch and make sure you breath properly. you can also ride a bicycle with the seat raised a little higher than comfortable so it causes your legs to stretch
You need a lot of calcium. Drink a cup of milk everyday to gain enough calcium for your bones to be strong. I've been told that if you exercise the bottom of your feet [Jump roping or jumping in general], you get taller. I'm unsure if it's true or not. Also sleep whenever you have time! That is very important!
Eat some cheese and milk . remember to get enough sleep.

Eat food with a lot of calcium, as calcium is used to strengthened the bones. Although height is determined by your genes, so you can only grow a specific height. You can reach the height your genes allow you to grow at a mazximum but you cant go over that.
Doctors have told me that if I want to grow taller I should eat healthy without worrying about getting fat since you can always lose weight at any age but you can't always grow taller. You should consume a lot calcium, make sure to drink milk everyday. I also do a lot of jumping such as jumping ropes or basketball since doctors have told me that it helps ( which it does since I'm one of the tallest people in my class ). Overall though, genes really do help, so if shortness runs in your family it's sometimes really hard to grow taller.

Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.
Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.
Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

I suggest that you correct your posture and always stand tall. If you are female, a simple correction is to wear shoes with high heels. If you are male, then find shoes that have a thicker sole, and befriend people smaller than you. Not much can be done medically, and surgeries that can improve height are dangerous and can lead to serious infections.

Protien is amino acid which is needed for growing taller. also vitimin d is needed for calcium absorption and calcium is needed for bone density...you need that for bone lengthening.
Calcium rich foods like milk, yogurt and cheese can contribute to growth. But you have to take note that calcium is not absorbed by the body unless Vitamin D is present, so you have to complement eating calcium rich foods with foods rich in Vitamin D such as eggs and certain types of fish(Tuna, Mackerel, Salmon). Also, sleeping early can contribute too, as well as sleeping for 8 or more hours, where the production of Growth Hormone in the body takes place.
Somehow, genetics play a major part in determining how tall you will be. Having taller parents or some tall relatives can help, but if you are slated to peak at 5 ft 7 in and you want to be taller, HGH (Human Growth Hormone) may be given as a medical treatment.
