In the Interlopers story Saki uses many forms of irony and one of those lies in presenting ironic situations. This is called situational irony. Look through the story to find situations which seem incongruous in terms of the debate that is going on in terms of the message in the book or in the dialogue of the characters.
For example, one example might lie in the subject that two of the characters are discussing, or squabbling about. Ulrich and George who are dire enemies are disagreeing over the forest. A forest consists of trees - so think - what happens with one of those trees they are arguing about? It falls on them!
