Anorexia, vomiting, irritability, stomach pain, drowsiness, and even mental problems.

You get HyperVitaminosis by eating disbalanced portions of the food groups that have Vitamin A (which were mentioned in the previous answer) or by disbalances in your thyroid.

Vitamin A is found as such in the fat of milk and in milk products like butter or cream and in the egg.It is found in quite a large amount in liver fat,espically in cod liver oil.

Vitamin A plays a highly imprtant role in vision.But hyper vitamin A is bad for health. In the child this will cause the body's metabolism disturbances. Excessive dose of vitamin A, can cause toxicities resulting in the imbalanced bone and mineral metabolism in the body of a child.Symptoms of hyper vitamin A are characterised by weakness, pain in the joints, and the feeling of nausea.
