What guidelines would you suggest the HR manager to manage ethics in the organisation?

- Counselling and training the employees presenting unethical behaviors through concerned supervisors or heads.
- Identifying the real cause of the problems and frustration occurred on individual employees.
- Seeking participation of employees in planning and decision making.
- Assigning full responsibilities to employees and making them accountable to jobs.
Presently human resource managers are feeling much pressure of globalization, political practices and government regulations and even because of unethical attitude of employees. Its much difficult to cope with all such issues and problems. Human resource managers seek to turn switches on handling pressures and managing the best practice in the organization. Basically, the key challenge has been the ethical issues of human resources. Its much difficult to judge the ethics of employees from their work behavior or attitude. Therefore, there are certain guidelines which have helped them to cope with problems. They are as listed below:
