What is the function of a dissemenator in the management of organizational diversity?
1 Answer | Add Yours
Organizational diversity refers to the promotion and inclusion of a multicultural workforce within a company. This allows an organization to leverage and draw from a diverse range of talents and experiences towards fulfilling their organizational goals. Some organizations may experience resistance to change from within their workforce and for this reason need to appropriately manage the process. The role of the disseminator within this process is to act as an information beacon; the disseminator will be responsible for:
- Communicating useful information and policies to the workforce and other stakeholders.
- Coordinating with other managers and change leaders.
