What four steps should be used in evaluating expressions? Can these steps be skipped or rearranged?

You would first plug in the value for the expression that they have givven you.  You would then use the order of operations...

PEMDAS

P:Parenthesis

E:Exponents

M: Multiplication

D:Division

A: Addition


S:Subtraction

to evaluate what the expression is for that particular expression.
