The functions f(x) and g(x) are defined as f(x) = 3x + 1 and g(x) = 4x + 2.

fog(x) = f(g(x))

= f(4x +2 )

= 3(4x +2) + 1

= 12x + 6 + 1

= 12x + 7

fog(0) = 12*0 + 7 = 7

The value of fog(0) for the given functions is 7

`fog(x)=f(g(x))`

`f(x)=3x+1,g(x)=4x+2`

`fog(x)=f(g(x))=f(4x+1)=3(4x+2)+1`

`=12x+6+1=12x+7`

`f(g(0))=12xx0+7=7`
