What factors should be considered when choosing a business location?

When a business is deciding where to locate, it must consider at least three major things, depending on the type of business. It must consider whether it will be easy for customers, workers, and/or materials to reach the location that is chosen.
If a business is in the retail sector, it will want to focus on consumers. It will need to be easily accessible to them. If it is a labor intensive industry, it will need to locate in a place where many workers can easily get to work. If it needs a lot of resources (if it needs a lot of water, for example) it needs to locate near to those resources.
