What does the evidence say about treating a patient in standing wheelchair?

This patient is 51 yo female, mild retardation, 2 years s/p hip fracture (NWB since fracture), and osteoporotic.

Not sure exactly what your question is?  Is your patient in a "Standing Wheelchair"

If she is a 51 year old female that is NWB (Non-Weight Bearing) how is she in a standing wheelchair?

And please elaborate what aspect of 'treating' are we talking about?  Doing physical therapy, administering medications? This way we can provide you with the respective evidence.
