A personal composition is where a person writes as themselves ex. I went to the show and then went out for dinner. I loved the rib-eye.
A narrative compostion is when a narrator is speaking that's not any particular person usually. Ex. Jane went to the shoe and then she went out for dinner. She loved the rib-eye.
