Diabetes is a chronic disease in which blood glucose level rises above normal.
It may be due to lack of insulin secretion from the pancrease (type 1) or because of insulin resistance (type 2)
Type 1 is more common in children and is usually due to autoimmunity. Whereas in type 2 gentics plays a very important role.
Many people think that diabetes people can not eat sugar made things at all, which is actullay not true. All what is required is a balance diet. And by balance diet I means balance calorie intake. Take multiple (5 to 6) small meals a day rather thn 3 full meals. This will help you to keep your blood sugar low.
Secondly add exercise to your routine life. Researches has shown that people who exercise have a better blood glucse control thn those who do not.
Consult your diabetologist for further assistance. There are multiple drugs available which may help you to keep your sugar low.
Beleive me that people with diabetes can also live a life full of happiness by all means by just changing few simple things.
