The center and radius of the circle represented by x^2+y^2-8x+10y+32 = 0 has to be determined.

x^2+y^2-8x+10y+32 = 0

=> x^2 - 8x + 16 + y^2 + 10y + 25 = 9

=> (x - 4)^2 + (x + 5)^2 = 3^2

The center of the circle is (4, -5) and the radius is 3
