Here are the basic steps you need to take to lose 10 lbs in 3 days... or at least look like you did:
Step 1: Do a 1-day juice fast or raw diet
Step 2: Eat a low-cal, high-volume, starch-free diet
Step 3: Do some form of effective full-body exercise
Eat right(vegetables) Drink Right(4-8 cups of water a day) Sleep right(8-10 hours a day, makes you grow taller and if you do you stretch and the fat easily sheds off) follow these steps and you will have the body you want. i believe that you can loose the weight. ******PLEASE DO NOT EAT TOO SWEETS AND FATTY FOODS LIKE BAG OF CHIPS.
I should say there are no easy solutions rather than simple. It is simple.
The most effective way to lose weight is to eat less, exercise more and sleep 9 - 10 hours. There is no simple solution. Press ups and Squats consistently. Enjoy.
