If you have used any of the study guide aids such as the essays and criticisms, character analysis, of summary, for instance, there is an icon on the page that you can click which will provide you the citation. For instance, if you write about "The Open Window" and use information from the summary, there is a "Cite" icon that will bring up the citation, and you can just copy it. It will look like this:
Cite this page as follows:
"The Open Window Summary," Short Stories for Students. Ed. Marie Rose Napierkowski. Vol.1.Detroit: Gale, 1998. eNotes.com. January 2006. 26 July 2011.
Now, if you use information from a question that you have asked, you can go to the links provided at the bottom of the response and click on them. The page will come up and again you can click on the "Cite" icon for them.
Hoefully, this helps you. Thanks for using enotes.
