What is the best film version of Julius Caesar to show to 10th graders?

I am trying to get 10th graders interested, and would like to know what film would work best.

Our Movie Guides section recommends the 1953 version with James Mason and Marlon Brando.

It is black and white though, but if you want to get the kids interested right away you could mention the star power (Brando especially) of the film and the fact that it won 2 academy awards.

The 1970 version, although it's in color, has been described as "sub par"
