(NH4)Cl is an ionic compound that dissociates itself upon its addition to the solvent to form a solution. When it is in the solution it forms ions. The balanced dissociation for for (NH4)Cl  is

(NH4)Cl --->  NH4^+  + Cl^-

The dissociation of (NH4)Cl forms 1 mole of ammonium ions (NH4^+) and 1 mole of chloride ion (Cl^-). The equation is already balanced.

(NH4)2SO4 has an IUPAC name of Ammonium chloride. It has other names such as Sal ammoniac, salmiac, nushadir salt, sal armagnac, salt armoniack. It is industrially used as fertilizer.
