You need to evaluate the anti-derivative of the given function, hence, you need to evaluate the indefinite integral, such that:

`int e^x/(3+e) dx`

You should bring out the constant `1/(3 + e)` , such that:

`int e^x/(3+e) dx = 1/(3 + e)* int e^x dx`

`int e^x/(3+e) dx = e^x/(3 + e) + c`

Hence, evaluating the anti-derivative of the given function `y = e^x/(3 + e)` yields `int e^x/(3+e) dx = e^x/(3 + e) + c` .
