Multifactor Productivity is a measurement that correlates gross production to primary and intermediate inputs. The formula for Multifactor Productivity is Output/ (KLEMS), where the acronym KLEMS refers to:

K- Quantity of capital in dollars

L- Quantity of labour in dollars

E- Energy

M- Quantity of materials in dollars

S- Quantity of business services in dollars

Calculation-

For the questions in the link the calculation will be based on the formula:

Quantity produced at unit price/ (Labour cost + Material cost + Overhead)

Week 1 = 36792/ (3640 + 301 + 5460) = 3.91

Week 2 = 41454/ (4160 + 315 + 6240) = 3.87

Week 3 = 40068/ (4160 + 308 + 6240) = 3.74

Week 4 = 44352 / (4680 + 336 + 7020) = 3.68
