The slope of the line between (0, 6) and (3, 8) is [( 8 - 6) / (3 - 0)]

=> (2 / 3)

The angle between the positive x-axis and the line is the arc tan of the slope or arc tan ( 2/3) = 33.69 degrees

The slope of the line between (0, 6) and (1, 2) is [(6 - 2)/(0 - 1)]

=> 4 / -1

=> - 4

The angle between the positive x-axis and the line is the arc tan of the slope or arc tan ( -4) = -75.96 degrees

The angle between the lines joining the two set of points is 33.96 + 75.96 = 109.92 degrees.

The required angle between the lines is 109.92 degrees.
