The first thing you need to do to start a web site is to think of the name you want for your company. Then, register that address. Next, you set up your web site. There are companies you can hire to set it up and maintain it for you, but it can get pricey. It's actually not that hard to do yourself. You can use an easy web site hosting and template service like Homestead. Then, to incorporate you can go to easy legal web sites and hire a lawyer remotely. Legalzoom comes to mind.
