If we signed a lease on a car and the next day we decide its not right for us, can we break that contract without any penalties?

I just want to know if there is a law in florida stating you have certain amount of days after purchasing or leasing a vehicle to change your mind without penalties.

Probably not.

If the lease iteslf does not provide a termination period or rescission period, then more than likely it cannot be terminated or canceled without breaking (breaching) the contract.  There may be a statute (written law) that provides you rescission or termination rights (such as the Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.)), but my review of U.C.C. in Florida tells me that you don't have a statutory right to terminate a lease agreement.  (I looked at F.S.A. 680.208.)

As always though, you should consult with legal counsel.
