We have a family corporation which consist of 3 siblings. We each exchanged a cash deed on farm acreage in exchange for stock in the corporation, with each one having 100 equal shares of stock. I am not an officer of the corporation only a stocker. Can the officers of the corporation take any part of that acreage that I exchanged for stock without my consent and without buying it from corporation and transfer it into their person name, when I did not agree to transfer or sign any document giving the permision to do so. This corporation is in the state of Louisiana.  And do I have any legal rights in regards this.
