The quadratic formulae for the solution of a quadratic function `ax^2+bx+c = 0` is given by;

`x = (-b+-sqrt(b^2-4xxaxxc))/(2a)`

`2x^2-3x = 2`

`2x^2-3x-2 = 0`

`a = 2`

`b = -3`

`c = -2`

`x = (3+-sqrt((-3)^2-4xx2xx(-2)))/(2xx2)`

`x = (3+sqrt((-3)^2-4xx2xx(-2)))/(2xx2) = 2`

`x = (3-sqrt((-3)^2-4xx2xx(-2)))/(2xx2) = -1/2`

*So th answers are ` x = 2` and `x = -1/2` *
