`z1 = (5+a) + 4i`

`z2 = 3+(2b-3)i`

For two complex to be equal to each other, their real parts and imaginary parts must be equal to each other. Therefore,

`5+a = 3`

`2b-3 = 4`

 

Therefore, the complex number is ,

`z = 3+ 4 i`

It's comjugate is `z' = 3-4i`
