Since the picture is not so clear and supposing that the filled circle (closed dot) is placed on the value -`2/5` , this means that the interval of values of x contains the value `-2/5` .

You alos need to notice an arrow that points to the right of the value `-2/5` , hence, the values that satisfy the inequality are larger than `-2/5` .

Hence, translating the given graph in an inequality yields `x >= -2/5.`
