Those who kill the jews in the novel Night are motivated by more than prejudice. What are their other motives ?

The people who killed the Jews were also motivated by hatred and greed.  The hatred stemmed from propaganda that told them that the Jews were the cause of their problems.  The greed came from imprisoning the Jews and confiscating their belongings - the more they did this, the more 'stuff' they collected, and their greed steamrolled.  They wanted more so they got rid of more Jews.
