suicide?

Why do you thinki Lady dedices to sacrifice herself ( and her unborn baby) in order to save Val?

1. Perhaps an instictive reaction because she loves him?

2. She cannot bare to lose the love of her life?

3. Does she want to get back at her hudsband men who killed her father by sucrificing herself so he cannot have her?

4. Is she afraid her husband would make her make an abortion and she would rather die with her child then face that?

Even she had lived and Val was the one who ended up shot, do you think Lady's husband would have made her make an abortion?

I don't quite understand what do you mean. I was asking about feelings behind Lady's attempt to save Val's life which ended in her death.

Are you talking about Lady's husband action or something else?
