This statement is true: the Law of sines and Law of cosines can be used to find angle and side measures in any triangle.
If the measures of two sides and one angle, or the measures of one side and two angles are known, you can find the measures of remaining sides and angles by using Law of Sines.
If the measures of all three sides are known, you can find the measure of one of the angles by using the Law of Cosines and find the remaining angles by using either Law of Cosines or the Law of Sines.
You need at least one side --three angles does not determine a triangle.
