In this diagram, there are two tangents to the same circle intersecting outside the circle. If we call the pooint of intersection as point D, then we can say that AD = CD. Also, x is the minor arc formed from the tangents to the circle.
x (minor arc) `= 180 - 52` the angle formed outside from the intersecting tangents.
The major arc CBA = `180 + 52`
Since x is the minor arc:
`x = 128`
