the answer is 1

**NOTE:**

There is a catching point: **(* 0)** and we know that there the answer should be 0 so we must work out only the (20*20) / (400) which gives 400/400 whose answer is **1**.

The important thing to remember here is the order of operations

PEMDAS: parentheses, exponentiation, multiplication, addition, subtraction.

(99*99) + (99) / (99) - (1) * (0) + (20*20) / (400)

Parentheses:

= 9801 + 99/99 - 1*0 + 400/400

Multiplication:

= 9801 + 99/99 - 0 + 400/400

Division:

= 9801 + 1 - 0 + 1

Addition:

= 9803 - 0

Subtraction:

= 9803

The above answers incorrectly apply the order of operations. The correct answer here is

**9803**
