The following fraction `((64x^4y^3)/(27x^-2y^6))^(1/3)` has to be simplified.

`((64x^4y^3)/(27x^-2y^6))^(1/3)`

=> `((64x^6)/(27y^3))^(1/3)`

=> `(4x^2)/(3y)`

The simplified form of `((64x^4y^3)/(27x^-2y^6))^(1/3) = (4x^2)/(3y)`
