The inequality `-4x-6/13<2/13` has to be solved.

`-4x-6/13<2/13`

=> `-4x < 2/13 + 6/13`

=> `-4x < 8/13`

=> `4x > -8/13`

=> `x > -2/13`

The solution of the inequality is `{-2/13, oo}`

-4x-6/13<2/13       Add 6/13 on both side

-4x-6/13+6/13<2/13+6/13

-4x<8/13      Divide both side by -4

-4x/-4<(8/13)/-4   since it was divided by a negative you have to change the sign

x>-2/13
