The inequality `-4x-6/13<2/13` has to be solved.

`-4x-6/13<2/13`

=> `-4x < 2/13 + 6/13`

=> `-4x < 8/13`

=> `4x > -8/13`

=> `x > -2/13`

The solution of the inequality is `{-2/13, oo}`
