=> `-4x < 8/13`

=> `4x > -8/13`

=> `x > -2/13`

**The solution of the inequality is **`{-2/13, oo}`

-4x-6/13<2/13 Add 6/13 on both side

-4x-6/13+6/13<2/13+6/13

-4x<8/13 Divide both side by -4

-4x/-4<(8/13)/-4 since it was divided by a negative you have to change the sign

x>-2/13
