`18((b/5)xx(2/3))=b-13`

`18((2xxb)/(3xx5))=b-13`

`(36b)/(15)=b-13`

` ` (12b)/5=b-13

`(12b)/5=b-13`

`12b=5(b-13)`

`12b=5b-65`

`12b-5b=-65`

`7b=-65`

`b=-(65)/7`

` ` Ans.
