To simplify the expressions, apply the property of exponents which is `(a^mb^n)^k=a^(m*k)b^(n*k)` .

(A)

`(x^3y)^5=x^(3*5)y^(1*5)=x^15y^5`

(B)

`(rs^2)^6=r^(1*6)s^(2*6)=r^6s^12`

Hence,   `(x^3y)^5=x^15y^5`     and      `(rs^2)^6=r^6s^12` .

`A) (x^3y)^5=(x^3)^5y^5=x^15y^5`

`B)(rs^2)^6=(r)^6(s^2)^6=r^2s^12`
