The expression (x + 3y)(2x + 3xy + 3y)(x - 3y) has to be simplified.

(x + 3y)(2x + 3xy + 3y)(x - 3y)

= (x + 3y)(x - 3y)(2x + 3xy + 3y)

= (x^2 - 9y^2)(2x + 3xy + 3y)

= 2x^2 - 18xy^2 + 3x^3y - 27xy^3 + 3x^2y - 27y^3

The simplified form of (x + 3y)(2x + 3xy + 3y)(x - 3y) is 2x^2 - 18xy^2 + 3x^3y - 27xy^3 + 3x^2y - 27y^3
