The function f(x)=(tan x - 1)/(sec x)

f(x)=(tan x - 1)/(sec x)

=> (sin x/cos x - 1)/(1/cos x)

=> ((sin x - cos x)*cos x)/cos x

=> sin x - cos x

The derivative f'(x) = cos x + sin x
