We must simplify `(10n^7) / (15n^7)` .

The first thing to notice is that we have `n^7` in both the numerator, and denominator, so these terms cancel out:

`(10n^7) / (15n^7) = 10/15`

We next need to reduce 10/15. We find the greatest common divisor of 10 and 15, which is 5. We divide the numerator and denominator by 5:

10/15 = 2/3
