The fraction `(a^4+a^2+1)/(a^2+a+1)` has to be simplified.

`(a^4+a^2+1)/(a^2+a+1)`

=> `((a^2-a+1)*(a^2+a+1))/(a^2+a+1)`

=> `a^2 - a + 1`

The simplified form of `(a^4+a^2+1)/(a^2+a+1) = a^2 - a + 1`
